All Action Controls
personnel are trained, cross-trained and certified to develop and maintain
a high level of ability and expertise in electronic manufacturing. Custom
manufacturing requires knowledge around a broad variety of tasks in
order to minimize the effects of rapid project turnover and achieve
a superior standard of quality for our customers. Our assembly and inspection
staff is fully certified to IPC-Standard 610 Revision A and Mil-Standard
J-1. All Action Controls personnel complete industry certification at
least every two years to stay current on the latest processes and skills.
